The cows on the right (see: 'On the farm') provide the tastiest milk, which is used for various preparations in our hotel. One of these is yogurt, twice a week the great miracle takes place here, in which people wait with patience until the yogurt fermenters convert the milk into a creamy white mass. after about 10 hours the yogurt has a nice thickness, with a subtle sour touch. Deliciously pure, with a spoonful of sugar, or with homemade jam. Enjoy it with the generous breakfast!
