  • arrival from 2 pm.
    if you wish to check in later than 6 pm, please notify us in advance.
  • check out before 11am
    later check-out (upon availability, request in advance) before 1 pm. A cost of € 30 is charged

De Grote Vliet:

  • arrival from 5 pm.
  • check out before 10am.
    later check-out (subject to availability) can be requested and the cost will be calculated for you as appropriate.

Because we want to guarantee proper operation, we have adjusted our payment conditions:
When booking, an advance of 20% is requested to complete the reservation. Please make the payment via the link within 7 days.
Remaining payments are made at our location at the hotel with cash, either by bank card or by bank transfer.
Payment and cancellation conditions (1 to 4 rooms) for direct booking:
• If your stay cannot continue, you can always cancel up to 14 days before, only the advance (20% of the reservation value) will be charged to you.
• In case of cancellation between 13 and 8 days before arrival, 50% of the reservation value is for your account.
• In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the commencement date, 75% of the reservation value is for your account.
• In case of cancellation 2 days or less before the commencement date, 100% of the reservation value is for your account.
• No show & earlier departure date: 100% of the reservation value is for your account *.
• No exceptions are made to this.
You will receive an invoice and payment conditions for this by e-mail.
The payment term for an invoice drawn up by bank transfer is 30 calendar days, counting from the day on which the invoice was sent, from then on the invoice will be increased by 15% per 30 calendar days.

Gift cards
Gift vouchers with an arrangement are valid for 12 months and cannot be extended.
Gift vouchers with an amount remain valid indefinitely
if you do not make use of the package offered, you cannot be reimbursed or given any other compensation.
if you cancel your reservation with a wonderbox or vivabox, we reserve the right to collect the amount, so that your voucher becomes invalid with us or in other hotels
No money can be returned on gift vouchers / boxes.
When making a reservation, we always ask you to provide your gift voucher number to verify the authenticity of the voucher. You can pay with the original gift voucher at the reception of the hotel, without a voucher, no valid payment.
Bookings through third parties
For bookings through other booking channels (booking.com, expedia, airB & B, ...) the conditions with which you agreed upon reservation apply.
